THE THREE LEGS OF INTENTIONAL LEADERSHIP

Insights: Drawing from a global network of integral practice, knowledge and leading edge wisdom that results in the application of new thinking or reframing. All building upon an appreciation of the evolutionary capacities that enable us to respond with increasing knowledge and understanding about:
  • the real differences between people;
  • how evolutionary change occurs;
  • ways in which existing barriers to change may be overcome;
  • determining elegant solutions that fit the present whilst enabling continued development,
  • proactively meeting the needs of today and tomorrow;
  • the need for consolidation and support over time in all change processes.

Inspiration: As a direct and natural consequence of this new thinking and reframing, natural motivational flows are released that result in the desire to take forward proactive innovations and solutions that are exponentially more elegant. Inspired minds are open minds that encourage individual responsibility, enhance personal awareness and autonomy.


Intent: The term 'intent' suggest s the following:
  • the individual capacity to act in a manner that fits and is guided by the overarching purpose. (based upon the insights gained and the resulting inspiration);
  • a certainty of action - with flexibility and awareness;
  • a communication that things will happen.

An Integral approach elicits workable solutions that acknowledge and incorporate all of the important variables (waves, quadrants, levels, lines, states, types) of being human, without excluding or denying any of them-because all of them are clearly impacting upon and enabling mankind to emerge within the "life conditions" (time place, circumstances, capacities) that leaders consciously engage - Simply put anything less than a truly Integral approach 'through ignorance' might actually make matters worse, not better.
