Our use of the phrase 'enabling emergence' communicates the fullest scope of our thinking and commitment to life-in-total.

The organizing principles of the Universe seem to have created the capacity for complex adaptive systems - in our case carbon-based life-forms - to be able to adapt to changing life conditions (time, place, circumstances etc.). Our species, Homo Sapiens, is unique in this 'progression' with multiple degrees of freedom, available and increasing, which results in our conscious ability to influence the life conditions. The concern is that this fuels our ability, through ignorance, to manipulate the Life-Conditions so much that we actually create an evolutionary cul-de-sac that could take this magnificence, of being human, out of Universal progression.

As a species, we survive and thrive in cooperation with many other life-forms that contribute to the inner and outer life conditions which form our world - we are now only just starting to realize the implications of this complexity.

Enabling Emergence means that we strive to ensure that our 'genetic inheritance' is protected and our full potential for 'more complex intelligence' is realized. This does not mean that we advocate a particular outcome other than it "being healthy" from a Universal perspective.

This is not an easy business to be in, as in truth, this is probably about the business of the "journey of the soul." Many might struggle to get past this thought or for many the 1^st sentence.
